From the first conversation to the moment you step off the yacht, our goal is simple: make the experience exactly what you expected it to be.
Last year I booked with another charter company and what they showed me was not what we arrived to. This time I specifically told them which yacht I wanted, and they delivered exactly what I asked for. The boat was exactly as advertised.
I definitely had a million questions before booking, but they were so patient with me. I never felt rushed or like I was annoying them. They actually took the time to answer everything and make sure I understood what I was booking. They made me feel realy comfortable.
I asked for the full price before booking because I didn't want any surprises. They explained everything upfront, including the additional costs, so I knew exactly what I was paying before we got there. That's how booking a yacht should be.
We had 23 people, so I was honestly a little worried at first because I knew you can only have 13 people on each yacht. They ended up getting us two yachts and once we anchored, they put the boats together so everyone could hang out in the same area. Honestly, it worked out so much better than I expected. I would 100% do it again.
The biggest thing for me was that everything went exactly how they said it would. We confirmed everything ahead of time, showed up at the marina, met the captain and got on the boat. No last-minute surprises or scrambling around.
I thought booking a yacht was going to be this huge complicated process, but it was actually really easy. They helped us choose the boat, explained the payment process, answered our questions and kept us updated until the day of the charter.
