Booking Policy

All yacht charters are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received.

PYCM reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payments

Payments must be made in full before the scheduled charter unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, wire transfers, Zelle, cash, or other approved payment methods.

Additional charges may apply for fuel, gratuity, dockage fees, catering, special requests, overtime, or damages.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and payments may be non refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and the specific yacht reserved.

Weather related cancellations are determined solely by the captain and charter company for safety reasons. If unsafe weather conditions occur, charters may be rescheduled at management discretion.

Charter Rules

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

Illegal drugs, weapons, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited onboard.

PYCM reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guests engage in dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate conduct.

The primary renter is responsible for all guests onboard and any damages caused during the charter.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in yacht charters and water activities involves inherent risks. By booking with PYCM, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with boating and water activities.

PYCM, its owners, affiliates, captains, crew members, and partners are not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays due to weather or mechanical issues
• Accidents beyond our reasonable control

Damage Responsibility

The charter client accepts responsibility for damages caused by negligence, misconduct, or violation of onboard rules by any guest in their party.

Website Use

All content on this website including images, branding, text, and media is the property of PYCM and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
